Cancel

We accept cancelling orders before product shipment or production. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

Return (if applicable)

We accept returns. The customer has the right to request a refund within 14 days after receiving the product. To qualify for a refund, your item must be unused and under the same conditions as the item you received. It must also be in the original packaging. In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or purchase voucher. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. Customers can only charge shipping fees (including returns) once at most; No replenishment fee will be charged to consumers for returns.

Refund (if applicable)

Once we receive and check your return, we will send you an email with a receipt notification. We will also notify you to approve or reject the refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and the credit card or original payment method will be automatically applied to your credit card within a certain number of days.

Overdue or unpaid (if applicable)

If you have not yet received the refund, please first verify your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company and it may take some time for your refund to be officially announced. Then contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before issuing a refund. If you have completed all of these but have not yet received a refund, please contact us.
