Since we get a lot of requests, some of which are from our competitors trying to keep us busy, we only send additional pictures to existing customers.

Is the second hand running smoothly or ticking?

Yes, the second hand sweeps at 21600 bph.

Will I receive a tracking number?

After we process the order within 1-2 days, we will send the tracking number to your email and update your information with your phone number.

Currently, it may take 8-15 business days from processing to delivery.

Does the watch have a ceramic bezel?

Every watch purchased in our store comes with a beautiful gift box.

Does the watch have the original box and papers?

To avoid high shipping and production costs, watches are shipped without branded boxes. If you would like to add boxes to your order, you can do so on the product page.

How fast is the shipping time?

After confirming the payment, we will process your order in our warehouse for 1-2 days, then we will ship it, which will take another 8-15 working days to deliver to your door.

NOTE: Sometimes the warehouse is overloaded and processing time may take 8-15 days.

What type of glass do you use to make your watches?

All of our watches feature highly durable, scratch resistant sapphire glass.

Can I pay with VISA/Mastercard?

We encourage people to use MoneyGram and Western Union as Visa and MasterCard policies prohibit copying products, however we will process Visa/MasterCards/Amex, Discovery for a limited time. If you don't find an option available, please come back next time.

Do you ship to my country?

Due to the recent pandemic, we are unable to ship to certain countries. If you don't find your country in the checkout options, it means we can't ship there.

What movement does the watch have?

Depending on the grade of watch you choose, our watches use either Japanese or high quality ETA Swiss movements.

Is the watch waterproof?

Our Swiss watches are water resistant.

However, our Japanese watches are only water resistant; we do not recommend swimming or bathing with them. Taking the watch underwater will void its warranty.
